29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:  a)Alpha School: The employer did not establish a written exposure control plan when employees such as but not limited to, Teachers, and Aides,  were exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials from injuries such as but not limited to, human bites that broke the skin. Observed on or about 5/7/24.   NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees such as but not limited to, teachers, and aides, were exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials from injuries such as but not limited to, human bites that broke the skin. Observed on or about 5/7/24.  NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
