29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a)Northeast corner of warehouse: On or about 5/8//2024, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that eyewash was not maintained in the area where employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals from adding water to acid filled batteries.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:  (a) Northwest corner outside warehouse: On or about 5/8/2024, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that, LP gas cylinders were placed outside of the cages, near combustible material, such as but not limited to cardboard, in an area where vehicles were operated.
