29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)	Joe S. Schwartz dba J-J Construction. On or about April 4, 2024 at the address of 1997 South TR66. New Riegel OH 44853: The employer did not ensure an employee was protected from falls while performing framing work activities atop a single-story commercial wood frame structure. Employee installing metal flashing was exposed to falls of  approximately 14'- 5" to the ground below.
