29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  At a residential worksite located at NE 87th St & N Askew Ave, KC MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were not wearing and/or using any kind of eye protection while using nail guns. This exposed employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential worksite located at NE 87th St & N Askew Ave, KC MO -- employees engaged in roofing duties were not wearing and/or using any kind of personal fall arrest system. This exposed employees to fall hazards of 24' 8" above ground level. This was documented on or about 5/9/2024.
