29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:  a)360 Builders, Inc. at 204 East Holly Boulevard, Brandon, SD, 57005: On or about and at times prior to May 10, 2024, the controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were conducted by a competent person. This condition exposed subcontracted employees  to fall hazards, ladder hazards, and struck-by hazards associated with lack of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
