29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 65 Presley Way, Williamstown, NJ 08094: Workers engaged in painting and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, up to and more than 12 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working on a roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 05/14/2024.  Peri's Painting LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528812, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Marshall Way, Tabernacle, NJ 08088  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
