29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) Jobsite located at or near 841 South 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about May 14, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees were standing in an unprotected doorway unloading countertops approximately 40 feet to the ground level without the use of a fall protection system.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): Employer did not provide fall protection training to those employees who might be exposed to a fall hazard:  a) Jobsite located at or near 841 South 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA - On or about May 14, 2024, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards.  Employees unloaded countertops from an unprotected doorway on the fourth floor of a residential building without fall protection training, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards if approximately 40 feet.
