On or about May 14, 2024, at the jobsite located at 2085 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32206, onboard the BERGEN-STAR HIDRA (IMO 9071569) cargo ship, employer exposed employees to fall, trip, and struck-by hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the passageways and interior compartments of the ship were adequately illuminated to include visibility of warning signage prior to authorizing employees to embark and conduct stevedoring operations.
