At a temporary commercial worksite, behind red trailer container, located at, 200 N. Flager Avenue in Edgewater, FL: On or about May 14, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employees performing roofing work used an 8-foot A-frame ladder to egress the top of the red trailer container while it was in the closed position leaned up against a structure, exposing employee to a fall hazard.
