29 CFR  1910.213(d)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw shall be guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws:  a) Rossi Brothers Cabinet Makers, Inc: 5729 Tulip St. Philadelphia, PA 19135 - On or about May 15, 2024, the employer did not ensure that circular saws were guarded by an automatically adjusting hood, which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut, thereby exposing employees to amputation hazards.
