Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about May 15, 2024, employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities at 11951 South 107th Ave. Papillion, Nebraska. Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards when framing a new residential home without using any form of fall protection at a height greater than 10 feet.

29 CFR  1910.178(l)(6):Certification. The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation.  On or about May 15, 2024, employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities at 11951 South 107th Ave. Papillion, Nebraska. The employer failed to certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated on the safe operation of power industrial trucks per the subpart.
