29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Single-Family Frame Home (Exterior Front): Employees engaged in the removal of roofing shingles, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet above the ground surface, on a 16 on 12 pitch roof. Employees were not protected by a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection. The employer did not provide a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection for employees exposed to a working height greater than 6 feet above the ground surface, on or about 5/17/24.  b) Single-Family Frame Home (Exterior North Side): Employees engaged in the removal of roofing shingles, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet above the ground surface, on a 16 on 12 pitch roof. Employees were not protected by appropriate fall protection. Employees were using a body belt in lieu of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not provide a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection for employees exposed to working heights greater than 6 feet above the ground surface, on or about 5/17/24.
