29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Jobsite: 87 Preston St. Providence, RI 02906: On 5/17/2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with, and utilized, fall protection when performing roofing work, while exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet.   The employer fails to ensure effective protections against falls in accordance with the standard, as demonstrated on 5/17/2024, when employees were performing residential roofing work without utilizing fall protection.  Loja General Construction Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1680968, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/4/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 96 Oxford St., Somerville, MA.  Loja General Construction Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1658766, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 24 School St., Johnston, RI.  Loja General Construction Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1622523, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/21/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 109 Chase Rd., Marlboro, MA.
