29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(D): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain an explanation of the employer's exposure control plan and the means by which the employee could obtain a copy of the written plan: (a) Facility: On or about 5/16/24, the employer exposed employees to biological hazards, in that a written exposure control plan was not readily accessible to employees while they were required to perform bloodborne pathogens work activity such as but not limited to administering medication with use of disposable needles.
