29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(1)(iii): Fixed ladders were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least two loads of 250 pounds (114 kg) each, concentrated between any two consecutive attachments: a) On or about May 18, 2024, for an employee who fell approximately 24 feet when a fixed ladder separated from the side of a conical bottom grain silo.
