29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, not were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about May 22, 2024, at 23042 SW 130th Avenue, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while installing sheathing without a means of fall protection.  Best Carpenter of Florida Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468139, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2020, with respect to a workplace located at Aquabella, Building 70, Hialeah, Florida, 33002.
