On March 28, 2024, employees were exposed to struck by hazards not wearing hard hats on the ground underneath workers from above.

On the roof of the residential property  On May28, 2024, workers were exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet to the ground below while working on a roof where fall protection was not used.
