29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b).  (a) At the worksite: On or about 5/28/2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet above the lower level without any means of fall protection.

(a) At the worksite: On or about 5/28/24, employees were exposed to fall hazards while gaining access to and from the upper landing surface, where the ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the access point.
