29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about May 29, 2024, on the east side of the worksite, an employee engaged in residential construction activities was exposed to a fall in excess of 6-feet while setting up for a re-roof without using any form of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.  On or about May 29, 2024, on the east side of the worksite, an employee engaged in residential construction activities did not have the understanding or skill required on how to minimize fall protection hazards while working from heights greater than 6-feet.
