OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, flash fire, deflagration, or explosion hazards from a dust collection system without fire protection and air-material separators in the dust collection system without deflagration propagation prevention devices:  a) In the grinding area, on or about May 30, 2024 - Three dust collection systems used to collect combustible dust from grinding rubber did not have fire protection systems.   b) In the grinding area, on or about May 30, 2024 - Three cyclone air-material separators, one in each dust collection system, collecting combustible dust from grinding rubber were not protected with deflagration propagation prevention devices.
