OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to roll-over, crushing, caught-in and drowning hazards from operating a zero-turn lawn mower on a steep slope around a body of water:  a) Pond Area - On or about May 30, 2024, an employee was operating a Scag (Model#STCII-48V-22FX serial#S7400365) zero-turn lawn mower with the roll bar in the down position, on a steep slope along the edge of the pond with the embankment slope ranging from 19 degrees at the top of the embankment to 35 degrees at the middle of the embankment.
