29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  (a) JGR Roofing LLC, failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that the following cited violation had been corrected:  Citation 2, Item 1 a Other-Than- Serious violation of 29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1) with an abatement date of  August 19, 2024.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) On or about June 4, 2024, at a jobsite located at W240 N6345 Maple Ave, Sussex, WI 53089, employees conducting roofing operations on an approximately 7:12 pitch roof of a residential condominium complex were not wearing fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 25feet from the eave to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  (a) On or about June 4, 2024, at a jobsite located at W240 N6345 Maple Ave, Sussex, WI 53089, the employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record for employees tasked with installing shingles on an existing residential condominium complex.
