29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): Employee(s) were permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by de-energizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means:  a) On or about June 6, 2024, on the south side of the jobsite, employees engaged in painting operations of the structure worked within an aerial lift in close proximity to electric power circuits that were not protected against electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about June 6, 2024, on the south side of the jobsite, employees engaged in painting operations of the structure utilized an aerial lift without adequate fall protection, by not being anchored in the lift, at heights greater than six (6) feet above the ground.
