29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  Location: Worksite  On or about June 4, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to over 20 feet, where the employer did not ensure a competent person frequently and regularly inspected the site to identifying existing and predictable hazards, and to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  Location: Worksite  On or about June 4, 2024, employees were exposed to falls of over 20 feet while performing framing activities on the roof, as well as in multiple other areas with unprotected edges 6 feet or more above lower levels throughout the property, where the employer did not ensure that a guardrail system or other means of fall protection was in place.
