29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  At the jobsite located at  5109 Anderson St. Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to gasoline, which is a skin, eye, and lung irritant, may depress the central nervous system and cause liver enlargement. The employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets for gasoline.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed  Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working at 5109 Anderson St. Shawnee, Kansas. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to falls from approximately 10 feet 6 inches from the roof to the ground below in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend at least 3 feet above the eave of the roof.
