29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  Location: Worksite  a) No fall protection in place on the roof at the front of the property: On or about May 29, 2024 employees were exposed to fall hazards up to an estimated 20 feet while performing framing activities, where the employer did not ensure that fall protection was in place, by any means.  b) Unguarded windows on 2nd level of project, on front, side, and back of building:  On or about May 29, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of an estimated 15 feet where windows were not guarded and the inside bottom edge of the window was less than 39 inches.  c) Unguarded oversized window on 1st level, back of home: On or about May 29, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 8 feet where a window was not guarded and the inside bottom edge of the window was less than 3 inches.
