Javits FB/CIT, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY, 10278.  The employer failed to provide evidence for calendar years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 that an annual workplace safety and health inspection was conducted.  Condition observed on or about June 5, 2024   Notice 001, Item 001, as required by 29 CFR 1960.25(c):  The employer did not inspect annually, all areas in each workplace, including office operations.  The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 03/19/2020, Inspection #1454351, with respect to a workplace in Richmond Virginia, which became a final order on 4/20/2020.
