On or about 06/07/2024, Employee was installing plywood on the roof of a two-story residential building, approximately 28ft, above the ground. The employee was not protected by a means of fall protection and was exposed to falling to the ground below. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
