29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Painting work area: On or about June 10, 2024, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked with rolling hangar carts for drying making the extinguisher inaccessible and subjecting employees to prolonged fire exposure and the byproducts of combustion.
