29 CFR  1910.215(b)(9): The employer did not ensure an adjustable tongue guard for the abrasive wheel machinery where an operator stands in front of the machine was installed to allow for adjusting the guard to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel. The distance between the wheel periphery and the adjustable tongue guard at the top shall never exceed 1/4-inch.   (a) On or about June 11, 2024, the DeWalt DW756 (serial no. 2019 04 YL81437) was not properly guarded, it lacks the tongue guard on the left and right side of the bench grinder, therefore exposing employees to an amputation.
