The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is being maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided:  a) On or about June 7, 2024, employees were performing fast food restaurant activities where the freezer inside the cooler had ice on the floor. b) On or about June 7, 2024, employees were performing fast food restaurant activities by the ice machine where there was an accumulation of water on the floor.
