This was most recently documented on or about June 14, 2024 at a construction jobsite located at or about 431 South 88th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employee(s) were framing a residential roof while working at a height of approximately 13 feet 1 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): The employer is exposing employees to fall hazards where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction were exposed to fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about June 14, 2024 at a construction jobsite located at or about 431 South 88th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employee(s) were framing a residential roof where a ladder was used by the employees that was not extended over the upper landing surface.
