29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  On or about June 17, 2024, 3 employees were using an 8' fiberglass stepladder for purposes other than the purpose for which it was designed when they used it to access the roof through the trusses of a new construction residential home while the ladder was folded and leaned against the exterior wall of the house.
