OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to rollover and struck-by hazards when operating a 2007 Sterling Model L9500 semi-truck with a Grapple boom, Rotobec 80 Elite Loader: (a) On or about June 18, 2024, at the landfill, the employer failed to ensure drivers/operators set the brakes and used the outriggers prior to operating grapple boom trucks in accordance with the manufacturer instructions.
