29 CFR 1926.451(a)(1): Each scaffold and/or scaffold component was not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least 4 times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it: Note: Exceptions are provided in paragraphs (a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4), (a)(5) and (g) of this section: a) On or about June 17, 2024, on the fifth level of the parking garage, where the scaffold was not capable of supporting its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load while employees were cutting post tension tails and patching holes from the scaffold.
