Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about June 17, 2024, Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 13'3 feet while engaged in residential roofing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while employees were engaged in roof installation and activities.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
