29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries.  In the warehouse room, the employer did not ensure the employees could identify the location of the nearest fire extinguisher by placing a fire extinguisher sign above it, exposing employees to fire and smoke hazards.
