29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: a) 1715 Branching Canopy Dr. Windsor, CO 80550: On or about June 22, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while conducting wood framing activities on a two-story residential structure. Employees worked on the top plate, both near the interior and exterior of the building, without utilizing personal fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a) 1715 Branching Canopy Dr. Windsor, CO 80550: On or about June 22, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not provide training on items such as, but not limited to; nature of fall hazards in the work area; correct procedures for inspecting the fall protection systems to be used; use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; and limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of roofing work. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while conducting wood framing activities on a two-story residential structure. Employees worked on the top plate, both near the interior and exterior of the building without utilizing personal fall protection system.
