29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or above June 25th, 2024, at 2636 SE 8th Ct., Homestead, Florida, employees were exposed to 11-foot fall hazards while not wearing fall protection when preparing and receiving materials to conduct a plastering job at a new residential exterior wall without; an inspection of the job site was not conducted by the employer prior to allowing employees to perform their duties.  (b) On or above June 25th, 2024, at 2639 SE 8th Ct., Homestead, Florida, employees were exposed to 11-foot fall hazards while not wearing fall protection when preparing and receiving materials to conduct a plastering job at a new residential exterior wall without; an inspection of the job site was not conducted by the employer prior to allowing employees to perform their duties.
