Location: 287 State Road Slaughter floor  On or about June 25, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on hydraulically powered and stationary work platforms.  a) Hydraulically powered work platform ranges in height from approximately 11 inches to 7-foot 5-inches.  b) Stationary platform is approximately 5-foot 9-inches.
