29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): At points of hazard, construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic control signs and protected by traffic control devices. On or about June 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure that an employee was protected by traffic control devices while performing work in an active roadway. The employee was exposed to struck-by hazards from vehicular traffic that could result it serious injury or death. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
