OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) At the jobsite located at 5959 East Fowler Avenue Temple Terrace, FL 33617 on or about 06-25-2024, the employer exposed employees to crushing and struck-by injuries in that the employer did not ensure automotive lift operators conducted daily inspections of the lifts before use to ensure proper operation of lift controls, restraints and locking devices.
