On or about June 25, 2024, at the receiving area. Employees worked and walked by empty propane (LPG) gas cylinders that were not labelled as empty, stored and secured to prevent being knocked over. The cylinders were stored below an electrical panel area. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
