29 CFR  1926.1052(b)(1): Where the treads and/or landings of pan stairs were to be filled in with concrete or other material at a later date, foot traffic was not prohibited on the stairway:   a) At or near 127 South St, Passaic NJ  -  Interior North Stairway - 4 levels: Employee and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while engaged in different construction activities utilizing a steel stairway that had not been filled with concrete nor wood on all 4 levels, on or about 2/12/24.
