The racking was not anchored to the supporting surface, on or about June 26, 2024.  b) 230 Old West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the Assembly Fixture storage racking system located against the north wall of the primary building. The base of the racking was not in contact with the supporting surface, on or about June 26, 2024.  c) 230 Old West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the material storage racking system located in the pole building. The racking was not anchored to the supporting surface, on or about June 26, 2024.  d) 230 Old West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the Assembly Fixture storage racking system located against the north wall of the primary building. The vertical support column of the racking was visibly damaged and no longer centered, on or about June 26, 2024.  e) 230 Old West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the Recycled Material storage racking system located next to the dock in the primary building. The horizontal support structure of the racking was visibly damaged, on or about June 26, 2024.  f) 230 Old West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the Material storage racking system located in the pole building. The racking did not have the load limit labeled on the racking system, on or about June 26, 2024.  g) 230 Old West Penn Avenue, Robesonia, PA 19551, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from the Mold Storage racking system located against the north wall of the primary building. The racking did not have the load limit labeled on the racking system, on or about June 26, 2024.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
