At the front of the home, near the door of a temporary worksite located at 585 East Lansdowne Avenue, Orange City, FL 32763: On or about June 26, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the side rails of a portable ladder used to gain access to the roof, did not extend three feet above the roof, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
