29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) On or about June 27, 2024, at 635 Southeast Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34994, the employer did not develop and implement specific procedures for control of hazardous energy for employees exposed while installing light emitted diodes (LED) lights underneath a recreational vehicle (RV)/Coach bus.
