29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 103 Glacier Cliff, Lot 32, Durango, CO 81301: On or about June 25, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working in excess of 6 feet above lower levels while engaged in residential construction activities were protected by fall protection measures. Employees were observed working at height in excess of 13 feet without fall protection while installing plywood sheeting.
