OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed injuries caused by falling trees and limbs: Job Site - On or about June 26, 2024, an employee was seriously injured when a tree section inadvertently separated from the main trunk, and the employer failed to conduct a follow-up hazard assessment to verify the conditions of the tree and job site, instead of relying on a December 2023 assessment.
