29 CFR  1910.180(h)(3)(xvi):When rotating the crane, sudden starts and stops shall be avoided. Rotational speed shall be such that the load does not swing out beyond the radii at which it can be controlled. A tag or restraint line shall be used when rotation of the load is hazardous.  6311 West State Hwy 97, Jourdanton, TX 78026: On or about June 25, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees did not utilize restraint or tag lines while rotating a truck crane to position fuel tanks into work trucks.
